Featuring innovative rebound boards that surround 3/4 of the pitch perimeter, this space will optimize your training, ensuring you become a better player each day.
Our 1 hour session guarantees 45 minutes of playing time, delving into a variety of high level drills that focus on technique, agility, coordination and cognitive aspects of the game. Receive detailed coaching points throughout, along with a personalized debrief at the end of the session to amplify your progress. The Skill Sanctuary is also ideal for 2 player sessions, affording each player more touches during recovery whilst still receiving insightful coaching points.

1 on 1 sessions allow players to receive a tailored, individualized training experience that maximizes the amount of touches through repetitions. Each session challenges the player in multiple ways, from their technical ability, to their tactical understanding of each exercise and how it directly applies to game situations. Dialogue is constant throughout, ensuring that the players’ needs are met in their quest for improvement!
Due to an increase in demand for individual sessions, as well as the time commitment, I will be limiting all regular field 1on1 sessions.
